How to shop
It is very simple to place an order at Piccola Speranza's online store and receive it comfortably at your home, at your workplace or even send a gift directly to the intended recipient.
We have created the following shopping guide. We hope it's useful!
1 - Know the articles
Piccola Speranza's online store is organized into different categories: Girl, Boy, Baby, among others.
Browse each of the categories and get to know the available articles.
On each product page, you will find information about it.
If you have any questions about the product, contact us and we will answer your questions.
2 - Choose the articles
Select the item in the size you want to purchase (you can consult our Size Chart to confirm the right size) and click 'Buy'.
You can then proceed to checkout or 'Checkout' or 'Continue Shopping' and select more items you wish to purchase.
3 - Registration
Once you have chosen the items you want to buy, you will be able to register where you will be asked for personal information.
This information, in addition to being used in the invoicing and shipping process, will make everything faster for future orders.
If you want the shipping address to be different from the billing address, you must choose the option 'Delivery address different from the billing address' and fill in the fields provided indicating the desired shipping address.
4 - Payment method
In the Payment option you can enter a promotional code, if you have one.
Choose in 'Payment methods' the payment option you want.
You can pay via ATM, Visa, MBway, Multibanco Reference or Paypal.
Click on 'Checkout' to finalize your order.
Your order is registered.
At this moment, you will receive an automatic email with confirmation of the same and with all the data to be able to make the payment.
Review the email received and confirm that everything is correct.
Only after payment confirmation will we start processing the order.
Note: To place an order at the online store, you must have a valid email account and an updated browser configured to accept cookies and pop-ups.
The email will be the preferred contact during the entire purchase process.
