After confirmation of payment, your Piccola Speranza order will be sent by UPS ou TNT within approximately 72 working hours. 

After sending the order, you will receive a notification with the identification number of the order (tracking number) that you can use on the respective website of the carrier to locate it and follow its route.

It is not possible to choose a specific time for the delivery of articles, but you will receive a forecast of the delivery time.

If no one is found at the shipping address to receive the order - the order must be delivered by hand - the carriers will contact the sender to inform and schedule a new delivery.
